How do I report a bug?
Email support@kalpikolabs.com with the app name, your device and OS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots or a screen recording help us reproduce it faster.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them rather than us. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play order & refund help. If you hit trouble, email us and we’ll point you the right way.
How is my data handled?
Each app has its own privacy policy describing exactly what it collects and why — links are in the “App privacy & terms” section below, and inside every app. In general our apps are built to keep as much on your device as possible. Questions? Email support@kalpikolabs.com.
