App One is made by Kalpiko Labs, a one-person indie app studio. This policy explains how App One handles your information. It applies only to the App One mobile app for iOS and Android — not to any other app or website.

Data we collect
App One does not collect any personal data.
We have no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. We do not see, receive, or store anything you create or enter in the app.
How data is used
Because App One does not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to use, process, profile, or sell. Everything you do in the app happens on your device.
Data sharing & third parties
We do not share data with third parties. App One contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Data retention & deletion
All data lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. To remove everything, delete App One from your device; uninstalling also clears any backups the app stored locally.
Permissions used
App One requests only the permissions it needs to work, and only when a feature requires them. The purpose strings below match what you see in the app:
- Notifications — to send reminders you have set up yourself.
If you decline a permission, the related feature is simply unavailable; the rest of the app keeps working.
Children
App One is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how App One handles data, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app.
